Malcolm Bucholtz B.Sc, MBA - President and CEO
Mr. Bucholtz graduated from Queen's University (Metallurgical Engineering) in 1986 and went on to spend 16 years in the Canadian steel industry in the areas of R&D and Operations Management. After completing an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, Mr. Bucholtz joined the independent brokerage firm of Union Securities where he primarily focused on Commodity Trading. In 2007, Mr. Bucholtz was appointed V.P. Investor Relations for Uranium City Resources and joined the Board of Directors in June 2008.
 
Glenn Kasner, Chief Operating Officer
Mr.Kasner is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and since 1998 has been the President & CEO of RJK Explorations - a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition and development of early stage mineral and oil/gas properties.

Tammy Perry, B.Sc., M.Sc.(candidate), Chief Geologist - A graduate of Memorial University in Newfoundland, Tammy brings considerable knowledge,experience and enthusiasm to the UCR team in her role as Chief Geologist. Tammy joined UCR in 2007.
 
Zbigniew "Bijou" Wytrwal, Geological Technician  - "Bijou" worked for Eldorado Nuclear for 16 years and if anybody knows the geology and mining history of Uranium City it is he. In addition to providing vast sums of valuable information to the UCR explortation effort on a daily basis, "Bijou" is a role model and a source of inspiration for the entire geological team.  
 
Wayne Mason, B.Sc.(candidate) - Wayne is a candidate for his B.Sc. in Geology from U of Saskatchewan and has decided to work in the field for a bit to gain some valuable hands-on experience before going back to school to finish his degree.
 
Donald Kasner, Project Co-ordinator - Donald is the man in charge of co-ordinating all logistical activities at UCR. From ensuring food supplies and operational supplies arrive on time to ensuring drilling contractors are mobilized on schedule, Donald handles it all.
 
Dr. Serge Nadeau, Geochemist
Dr. Nadeau obtained his doctorate in geology from Mc Gill University in 1991 and completed a post-doctorate fellowship at the University de Paris in France. Dr. Nadeau then conducted research at the Geological Survey of Canada, spent time as a research fellow at the California Institute of Technology (USA) and also lectured at the University of Ottawa and Université of Quebec à Montréal. Dr. Nadeau’s field experience has taken him throughout Ontario and Saskatchewan and even to British Guyana where he worked for the Geological Survey of Guyana and lectured in exploration geochemistry at the University of Guyana. In 2006, he joined Uranium City Resources Inc. where he continues to be a valued and integral part of the team responsible for making Uranium City Resources a success.
 
John Cook, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Cook has over 40 years experience as an engineer in the mineral exploration and development industry.  Mr. Cook is involved in a number of junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Cook holds professional engineering licenses in the UK and Canada .
 
Jim Kermeen, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Kermeen has over 50 years experience as an engineer in the mineral exploration and development industry.  Mr. Kermeen is involved in a number of junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Kermeen also holds a professional engineering license.
 
Stephen Gledhill, CMA (CFO) - Director
Mr. Gledhill (CMA) has over 20 years experience in the financial industry.  Mr. Gledhill also serves as CFO for a number of junior mining companies.  Mr. Gledhill holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and also holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
